Nora Newton Muller, member of the New York and Paris bars, advises private clients on a wide range of US - French legal and tax issues relevant to the structuring and management of their international wealth.

 

With over ten years' experience in corporate and tax law, clients appreciate her wide range of expertise. Nora addresses each project in the broader context of the client’s business and personal interests in order to provide pragmatic, personalized solutions in a complex legal environment.  

 

Nora obtained her US law degree (Juris Doctor) from Berkeley Law in 2003.  She practiced US tax  and corporate law from 2004 – 2014 in New York and Paris with the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, passing the French bar exam in 2009.  Finally, Nora completed her training in the international private client sphere with an executive master program at ESCP Europe in 2015.  

 

Nora has been a resident of the Paris region for over ten years and currently lives in the Western suburbs of Paris with her husband and three children.   She is a native English speaker who is fluent in French.
